I work a lot of hours outside in the cold and consistent Epicor dosing has helped keep from getting sick or feeling run down, I would highly suggest it for anybody who is interested in avoiding common illnesses.

I found that I was sick less this winter using this Epicore with only a couple of fleeting episodes with cold symptoms. It is an easy powder to handle and mix and doesn’t have a bad taste or smell. I am giving less than five stars, however, because there are currently many encapsulated Epicore products on the market at more competitive prices. If you have a preference for powders or a dislike of additives and fillers however, this may be for you.

I haven’t gotten sick since taking it, and it’s been easier to breathe outdoors in the cold weather. While I won’t know if these are due to the Epicor, I have noticed a few more positive, subtle changes in mood and skin complexion. Epicor is a prebiotic, so I figured I’d also take some probiotics at the same time, namely kefir. I’ve been feeling pretty good since starting both of these. There has been some quite interesting research done on the connections between the gut and the brain, so in some sense Epicor might be considered a nootropic.
