Buy Nootropics Online accepts returns of unopened product within 30 days of its delivery date. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened and/or used product.
Return Process
Initiate Return:Â Click or tap “Contact Us” at the top of this form to request a return authorization.
Shipping:Â A return shipping label will not be provided by Buy Nootropics Online. The Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund Processing:Â Upon receipt of a return at our warehouse, a refund to the original form of payment or store credit for only the cost of the products returned will be issued. If a customer prefers, store credit can be applied to their customer account instead of a refund to the payment method.

Domestic Orders: Domestic orders will be shipped via FedEx 2-3 Day shipping. (Free shipping offer excludes US territories). Other shipping methods with USPS and FedEx are also available upon checkout. Keep in mind that the USPS Express shipping method will require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise requested, so please be available to receive the package at the scheduled delivery time. If you choose an expedited shipping method, please note that transit times will not include Saturdays or Sundays. Example: If you choose an expedited next day/overnight shipping method and your order is placed on a Friday, your order will deliver on the next available business day being Monday (unless Monday is an observed holiday). *Shipments sent on Fridays will generally deliver on Tuesdays. International Orders:Â International orders that receive our free shipping promotion will be shipped using Standard Worldwide Mail. Our standard mail option uses Asendia USA as a carrier, which uses a variety of carriers to ship the package to your country. Other shipping methods such as DHL Express, USPS, and FedEx carriers will be available upon checkout. However, additional information may be requested by the carrier for customs clearance. Please keep this in mind and be sure to provide all necessary documents and any other required information needed to properly clear your package through customs. We are not responsible for customs delays or clearance issues. Additionally, estimated delivery time frames for standard and express international shipping options are not guaranteed.
P.O. Boxes:Â DHL and FedEx Expedited/Express shipping methods do not support deliveries to P.O. boxes. Please use USPS or Standard Worldwide Mail for delivery to P.O. boxes.
Standard Worldwide Mail / Asendia USA
Asendia USA is an economical shipping service option offered to our international customers. When a package is shipped via Asendia, it is sent from the Nootropics Depot warehouse located in Tempe, Arizona, USA to a California HUB for further processing. Upon arriving in California, packages will then be scanned as received. An additional tracking number will also be generated to use with the local carrier at that time. This secondary tracking number can be found when tracking the shipment via the Asendia website. The next scan will be an outbound scan from the facility in California. You may see an approximate 1-3 day delay in tracking due to the travel time from the US to the next international stop. Tracking will then update once the package has arrived at an international stop. Once the package has arrived at an international stop, the local tracking number may then be used to track the progress of the shipment with your local postal service up until final delivery. Please note that the total delivery time for your order may vary depending on your country’s customs agency, local postal system, and ship-to location.
Please use the Asendia website to further track your international shipments. This site will provide additional details, including assigned local tracking numbers.
International FedEx, USPS, DHL, and Asendia Shipping
When selecting FedEx, USPS, DHL, or Asendia as your private carrier for international shipments, there may be additional fees for customs clearance, and FedEx, USPS, DHL, or Asendia may need to contact you to get permission to clear your items through customs. Please be aware of that, and provide FedEx, USPS, DHL, or Asendia with the information needed to properly clear and deliver your package.

Most orders placed before 4pm Arizona, USA Mountain Standard Time (AZ MST) Monday-Friday will ship out the same day. Most orders placed before 12pm Arizona, USA Mountain Standard Time (AZ MST) on Saturday will ship out same day.
Delays in payment or changes to orders may delay shipment. Orders are shipped out in the order they are received.
Mail is not picked up on Sundays, nor does our fulfillment team package orders or print labels. Therefore, most orders placed after 12pm Saturday, and all-day Sunday, will ship out Monday; unless Monday is an observed holiday.
Many of our orders placed during business hours during the week ship out fairly quick; many within an hour or two of being placed. Please do not finalize your order until all the information is correct and complete. This includes product choices, shipping addresses (including an apartment, suite or building number) and shipping methods. Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, we do not have the ability to make any changes to the order, and we will not be able to stop the shipment once the package is in transit. Should we have the ability to intercept or make changes to a shipment after it has left our warehouse, it may incur an additional fee to be paid at the customers expense.
We also do not have a system set in place to hold orders until a later date. As such, please do not place orders with comments requesting for them to be held until a later date. Our processes are in place to get shipments out as fast as we possibly can. Holds, changes, and cancellations are not guaranteed to be addressed before your original shipment goes out. Again, please make sure everything is correct, before completion. This will allow our team to do what we do best and get shipments out to our customers in a timely manner. Due to order volumes on the days our warehouse is closed, your order may experience an extra delay. Please note delivery is at the discretion of the carrier.

Lost Packages
If you believe that your package has been lost in the mail, please contact our customer support team by clicking or tapping “Contact Us” at the top of this form and select “Lost Shipment” from the Request Type drop-down menu. Reports of a lost package must be submitted within 30 days of purchase for all domestic orders and within 90 days of purchase for all international orders.
Missing or Damaged Product(s)
If your order is missing a product, please contact our customer support team by clicking or tapping “Contact Us” at the top of this form and select “Missing/Damaged Product” from the Request Type drop-down menu. Reports of missing or damaged product(s) must be submitted within 30 days of purchase for all domestic orders and within 90 days of purchase for all international orders. Upon submitting a report for a missing or damaged product, please upload/attach an image of the packing slip received with the order if missing a product. If the product has been damaged in transit, please upload/attach an image of the damaged product.
The buyer assumes all responsibility for any customs duties or fees. Duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees will not be included in your order total during checkout. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier, not our company. Additionally, we will not refund or replace orders which are seized by your country’s customs. The buyer should be aware of whether a product can be shipped to their country before placing an order. If the package is held by customs or has been seized or destroyed, it is unfortunately out of our control. Nootropics Depot does as much as we can to ensure the HTS codes and declarations are set appropriately for the various countries. However, some customers and/or countries may still incur additional fees depending on local laws and regulations.
Orders placed with USPS shipping services will not be shipped or delivered on USPS postal holidays. However, you may receive a shipping status e-mail update that includes a tracking number. Your tracking number will not update until the following business day.
